> We pay out the value of your bike in the form of a voucher, which remains valid for one year in the shop.
> The offer is valid for 14 days. During this time, you can still decide to sell the bike yourself via a second-hand website.
What is your e-bike still worth?
The value of your e-bike is determined on a bike-by-bike basis, and we do this in collaboration with our partner Upway, a trusted expert in second-hand e-bikes. Using their smart algorithm, they provide you with a fair estimate of your bike's value on the second-hand market.
The residual value is calculated based on four objective criteria:

> The original purchase price
> The number of kilometres travelled
> The year of manufacture
